Yogurt Version
Recipe makes 1 serving.
- 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt (low sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 1 Banana
Stir the cinnamon, vanilla, and honey into the yogurt.
Chop the banana and add it to the mixture.

Smoothie Version
Recipe makes 1 serving.
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (low sugar)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Milk (may be dairy, nut, etc.)
Put the banana, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, yogurt, and milk into a blender. Note: The primary purpose of the milk is to thin the smoothie – adjust for preferred consistency.
Blend until smooth.
